Coronavirus may save lives by cutting polution

Forbes considers reports by François Gemenne, director of The Hugo Observatory, that the lockdown faced by all of us globally, inspired by the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, may save more lives from pollution reduction than are threatened by the virus itself.
The global lockdown has shuttered factories and reduced travel, slashing lethal pollution including the greenhouse gases that are heating the climate.
